Peniklik weighs only 11 grams at a length of 65 mm, is made of skin-friendly plastic, by continous adjustment suitable for any penis size, and absolutely hygienic (up to 80 degreeswashable in soap suds). Peniklik can be adjusted lighter or stronger only by turning on the fine adjustment. Thereby you can adjust the clamp continuously to respective load. Peniklik is suitable for sauna, swimming pool and sports.
Peniklik has years of durability ( 10.000 cycles tested ). Peniklik is rounded at all edges, does not scrub and is hardly felt by its light weight. Peniklik is continuously adjustable. A light pressure on the urethral canal on the bottom of the penis avoids leakage. The necessary pressure can be adjusted individually and on demand by the user.
Peniklik exerts pressure only till tightness. Peniklik has a special two-stage opening mechanism which opens for urination – only by pressing the opener – about 8 mm. Afterwards the clamp is just pressed together again and tightness is re-established. Peniklik need not be removed for urination, does neither slip nor fall off. Peniklik is made of plastic and therefore is not recognized by metal detectors at passenger controls. The Peniklik clamp is in two parts, connected by a hinge. Stop lever no.3, keeping the clamp safely closed, is installed hidden in leg no.1. It is simple, uncomplicated and firm against wear.
Further leg no.1 holds the adjustment insert no.4 and the brake burls no. 7. Continuous basic adjusting is effected by knurled nut no.5
Leg no.2 has the spring-mounted pressure adjustment screw no. 6 at the closure tap. Thereby the pressure on the penis can be adjusted at any time and continuously from light to strong. By that only the pressure necessary for tightness is produced. The user decides on the pressure and tightness himself.

Opening the incontinence clamp
For opening the incontinence clamp press lever no.3 outwards and at the same time pull apart leg no.1 and 2. It is slightly stopped after about 8 mm (brake burls no.7 for urination). If you pull the legs further apart the clamp will open about 170 degrees.
Adjustment of the individual basic adjusting:
To adjust the individual basic adjusting to your penis size handle as follows:
1 – With the clamp open turn in the pressure adjustment screw no.6 slightly till stop.
2 – Place the incontinence clamp across the penis sideways, not vertically. Hold the penis in hinge direction and pess the clamp together till lock. A suitable place is about 1 cm behind the glans or alternately further behind with the foreskin slightly moved forward. Decide according to your feeling.
3 – By turning knurled nut no.5 in arrow direction the clamping effect gets stronger. One turn tightens the clamp by 0.7 mm. Take only small steps and time (possibly a few days), till you reach absolute tightness at strongest load.
On reaching tightness at strongest load knurled nut no.5 is not adjusted any more. It is intentionally sluggish avoiding an unvoluntary shift when cleaning it.
You have completed the basic adjusting. On demand it can be changed at any time.
Opening the incontinence clamp for urination:
For urinationn press lever no.3 outwards. The clamp opens about 8 mm and is slightly stopped at the brake burls no.7. Thereby it does neither shift nor fall off. Afterwards press the clamp together till lever no.3 locks.
Recommendation for use at night and light body burden:
For the night or light body burden unscrew the pressure adjustment screw no.6 till four revolutions. Thereby you can reduce the clamping effect which is sufficient at light burden or when lying. By screwing the pressure adjustment screw no.6 till stop you have the starting point of the basic adjusting again (e.g. application for the heaviest load).

Peniklik ist an allen Kanten gerundet, scheuert nicht und ist durch das leichte Gewicht kaum zu spüren.
Peniklik ist stufenlos einstellbar. Ein leichter Druck auf den Harnröhrenkanal an der Unterseite des Penis verhindert ein Auslaufen. Der erforderliche Druck kann vom Anwender individuell und bedarfsgerecht angepasst werden.
Peniklik übt nur Druck bis zur Dichtheit aus.
Peniklik verfügt über einen speziellen 2-stufigen Öffnungsmechanismus, der zum Wasserlassen die Klemme – nur durch einen Druck auf den Öffner – ca. 8mm öffnet. Anschließend wird die Klemme einfach wieder zusammengedrückt und die Dichtheit ist wieder hergestellt.
Peniklik muss zum Wasserlassen nicht entfernt werden, verrutscht nicht und fällt nicht ab.
Penikklik ist aus Kunststoff und wird daher bei Fluggastkontrollen am Flughafen nicht von den Metalldetektoren erkannt.

Die Peniklikklemme ist zweiteilig und durch ein Scharnier verbunden.
Im Schenkel Nr. 1 ist der Verschluss Nr. 3 verdeckt eingebaut, der die Klemme sicher verschlossen hält. Er ist einfach, unkompliziert und verschleißfest.
Ferner nimmt der Schenkel Nr. 1 den Verstelleinsatz Nr. 4 und die Bremsnoppen Nr. 7 auf.
Durch die Rändelmutter Nr. 5 erfolgt die stufenlose Grundeinstellung.
Der Schenkel Nr. 2 besitzt am Verschlußzapfen die federnd gelagerte Druck-Einstellschraube Nr. 6, mit der der Druck auf den Penis jederzeit und stufenlos von leicht bis stark eingestellt werden kann. Dadurch wird nur soviel Druck erzeugt, wie für die Dichtheit notwendig ist. Der Anwender entscheidet selbst über Druck und Dichtheit.

History of Peniklik

With a prostate operation in 2006 and 2 following TVT-implants the inventor´s urinary incontinence could not be eliminated. This fact was the inventor´s term use impetus – after having tested all products in the market – for inventing a clamp combing all important requirements.
The clamp must have the following features:
- years of durability
- continuous adjustment and adaption to any size with absolute tightness
- skin-friendly plastic at low weight (11 grams)
- cleaning in soap suds till 80 degrees
- easy to handle
- urination by partial opening without falling off or slipping
- fitness for sports, sauna and swimming pool, for light and heavy burden
- adjustable without change of parts
In 2008 the first clamps were produced in small series and further developed and tested by an urologist After extensive and successful tests and long-term use the clamp was registered and protected at the German Patent and Trademark Office.
To make this aid accessible for all men affected by incontinence the series production of the clamp was started and registered as a medical device according to 93/42 EWG in 2017.
